Development of design documentation
A set of design documentation of power transformers of various types, including autotransformers, furnace, transforming, traction transformers. It is performed both in full for the transformer and for its separate nodes. The design documentation set consists of a calculation (for a complete set), a technical project, specifications, assembly drawings and drawings of parts included in the specification. The design documentation set will allow you to significantly reduce the time and simplify the process of starting the production of the transformer, as the documentation will be detailed and adapted to the specifics of the technological process.
Design documentation by default consists of:
Calculation note, which will include calculations that are necessary for the manufacture, testing, operation of the transformer, namely:- transformer calculation;- calculation of insulation;- calculation of the mechanical strength of the tank;- calculation of the electrodynamic stability at k. z.- calculation of electrodynamic stability of windings;- calculation of the mechanical strength of the pressing structure.
Specifications and assembly drawings:- magnetic system;- yoke beams, skeleton;- windings;- leads;- active part;- assembly drawing of the transformer;- assembly drawing of the transformer;- installation of control and protection device cables;- installation of the cooling system;- transformer tank, current transformer installations;- installation of the expander and stairs.

Notes:
- Calculations are drawn up in the form of input data tables and calculation result data tables. - Execution of drawings for loading dismantled parts on a railway vehicle, documentation for packaging and preservation, documentation for transportation - are not included in the scope of our services.- Technical requirements for component products and structural materials are agreed with the manufacturing companies by the Customer. In the case of an agreement between the Customer and the manufacturer on the provision and coordination of technical requirements, we will perform this part of the work.
We develop custom design documentation in the following programs: NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Compass, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, Pro Engineer. It is possible to execute design documentation in other software systems at the Customer's request.We also have experience working with programs (saving and working with unified databases) Team center (Siemens PLM Software), PTC Windchill (Parametric Technology Corporation).
Development of a technical project
Technical project - a set of calculation data and assembly drawings of the general type of the main components of the transformer. Specifications and detail drawings are not included.
Technical project by default consists of:
Calculations: - electromagnetic;- isolation;- electrodynamic stability of windings in short-circuit modes;- additional calculations on demand.
General view of the transformer with transport dimensions and weight. The configuration of the tank and the location of the cooling system are given conditionally.
The general view of the skeleton with the dimensions of the diameter of the rod, the height of the window, other important dimensions, weight. Drawings of the yoke beams and the lifting plate of the skeleton are attached.
General view of the windings with dimensions, type of wire, sweep of the winding, cross-section of the radial structure, recommended type of spacers.General view of the active part with the indication of the route of taps/branches, connection to inputs, the structure of the main insulation, the table of insulation distances of taps.
Table of materials: cardboard, steel are indicated in total amounts, wires for windings separately.
Table for ordering components: inlets, tap-changer/PTT switch, radiators/coolers, fans, pumps.
Modernization of existing structures.
We carry out the modernization of existing structures of power transformers based on the Customer's design documentation, relying on modern design solutions, new materials and taking into account the technologies of the manufacturing company.
Examination of the project, study of the transformer design
Our calculation and analytical department conducts an examination of the design of the transformer, which has already been designed or manufactured and passed tests, or is already in operation.
The scope of the project examination consists of tasks*:- checking and analyzing the main parameters of the transformer (transformation coefficient, short-circuit voltage), grounding scheme, structure and location of taps; analysis of magnetic fields and constituent components of losses.- exceeding the temperature of the windings and the hottest point of the windings. Heating of the design elements of the magnetic system, the lifting plate of the skeleton, the tank;- analysis of electric fields and reserve coefficients of the electrical strength of the structure of longitudinal and transverse insulation.- analysis of the stability of the windings in the event of a short circuit and the mechanical strength of the pressing system.- analysis of the mechanical strength of the transformer tank.- development of the project examination report.
The examination may also include checking the calculation in full (including dynamic calculations, insulation calculations, sound calculations, etc.) or partially - checking individual parameters required by the Customer.

Development of technical and commercial proposals (TCP)
Specialists of our calculation and analytical department perform a comparison of technical and commercial offers on the market of transformer construction.
On the basis of constant analysis, we develop competitive technical and commercial proposals for transformers and autotransformers.
Development of TKP and projects are carried out in accordance with THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 548/2014 of 21 May 2014.
Repair and maintenance of transformers
All work on overhaul of transformers is performed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation in the scope, which includes:
All types of repair of power transformers of all capacities in factory and field conditions, depending on the complexity of the repair.
Special types of repair with modernization of transformers and their assemblies;
Pre-repair examination and testing of the transformer (conducting electrical tests, oil analysis), processing the results of the examination and issuing recommendations.
Repair of the active part with pressing of windings, magnetic system, elimination of short circuits, repair of elements of the active part.
Washing and vacuum drying of transformer insulation.
Regeneration of transformer oil with restoration of acid number, Tg angle of dielectric loss and other characteristics to GOST indications.
Repair of oil-filled high-voltage bushings with complete disassembly and replacement.
Repair of transformer components with replacement of worn components and parts.
Replacement of all rubber seals, cleaning of the surface from contamination, painting of the transformer.
Installation of power transformers at stationary oil farms, power systems and enterprises
Consulting
Consulting in the field of energy is aimed at finding the right way to save energy, developing effective solutions and developing a plan for implementing energy-saving measures. The result of the consultation is a set of methods and tools aimed at solving problems and creating energy management systems, which are determined by individual recommendations or planning in the field of energy efficiency or the development of an energy saving strategy.
Usually, energy consulting works consist of:

Calculations
We perform calculations:
- electrodynamic resistance of transformer windings; - calculation of the transformer pressing structure; - mechanical calculation of the transformer tank;- calculation of transformer insulation;- calculation of losses and overheating in the metal structures of the transformer;- calculation of seismic resistance;- calculation of the sound level in the transformer;- electromagnetic calculation of the transformer.
Teaching
We provide training services for the Customer’s specialists in design methods, calculations using modern methods and technologies for designing transformers and reactors.
Consulting on construction and plant planning
- Feasibility study for the construction of a new plant for the production of transformers and reactors, a repair shop (plant) for the repair of power transformers;
- Consulting services required for the feasibility study stage;
- Compilation of a list of equipment necessary to create the necessary capabilities in the plant's workshops for the production of transformers and reactors;
- Conceptual project/planning with a high-level project showing the necessary equipment, dimensions, equipment layout, and facility location;
- Required lifting capacities, such as overhead cranes, height, etc. We offer:
- A basic description of the sequential technological process of performing typical manufacturing and repair operations as a single whole;
- A conceptual plan of the workshop showing the progress of work and equipment layout;
- The main characteristics of the necessary equipment;
- Technological instructions for individual technological processes (quality control procedures, disassembly, assembly, insulation processing, winding processing, thermovacuum treatment, oil treatment, etc.);
- A technological guide for organizing the work of specific equipment;
- A list and characteristics of technological devices and accessories;
- The main technical parameters of the workshop building: dimensions, area, heights, crane capabilities. - Finalization of technical and commercial proposals for equipment, participation in the equipment acceptance procedure;
- Organization of a workshop scheme containing roles and responsibilities, positions of key personnel with the corresponding position of subordinates (contract manager, specialist engineer, design engineer, project engineer, welder, test engineer, worker, etc.);
- The scope of work to be subcontracted;
- Annual consumables required for operation;
- Annual maintenance required for the operation of the workshop and plant;
- Technologies for the manufacture and repair of transformers.
Supply of transformers and reactors
- Supply of new transformers is carried out from leading European and Asian manufacturers, of any capacities and voltage classes.- Delivery of used transformers and reactors is carried out with accompanying documentation and test reports.
