● Transformer inspection;● Dismantling of auxiliary equipment;● Sampling and analysis of transformer oil, sampling and analysis of transformer insulation for polymerization;● Complete draining of transformer oil;● Dismantling of the upper part of the transformer tank;● Checking the grounding scheme; dismantling the active part of the transformer from the transformer tank;● Dismantling of insulation of the active part and windings;● Compilation of a list of transformer defects;● Development of drawings of damaged windings and insulation;● Manufacturing of damaged windings and insulation and their replacement;● Installation of insulation of the active part and windings (1st assembly of the transformer);● Operational tests after the first assembly of the transformer;● Soldering of leads (2nd assembly of the transformer);● Operational tests after the second assembly of the transformer;● Installation of the active part in the transformer tank, installation of the upper part of the tank;● Measurement of insulation resistance;● ● Installation of auxiliary equipment;● ● Filling the transformer with transformer oil with a residual pressure of at least 50 kPa;● ● Drying of transformer insulation by spraying hot oil using the Oil-spray technology;● Vacuuming the transformer for 24 hours with a residual vacuum of at least 50 kPa;● Filling the transformer with transformer oil with parameters that meet the requirements of the transformer manufacturer's instructions;Testing the insulation resistance of the transformer;Testing the transformer and transformer oil in accordance with the requirements of the transformer manufacturer's instructions.
